- commission: as used in this title , means the public utilities commission. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 362:1
An electric utility that is party to an approved renegotiation of a commission order under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 362-A:4-c shall be entitled to retain 20 percent of the savings resulting from such renegotiation.
