Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 369-B:3-b
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
In the event of divestiture or retirement of any or all of PSNH’s generation assets, employee protections no less than those set forth in the then-current collective bargaining agreement shall be provided to affected employees.
