I. Any person who willfully violates any provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 399-G:14, or a cease and desist order or injunction issued pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 399-G:21 shall be guilty of a class B felony. Each of the acts specified shall constitute a separate offense and a prosecution or conviction for any one of such offenses shall not bar prosecution or conviction of any other offense.
II. Nothing within this chapter shall restrict the right of the attorney general to enforce the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 358-A:2, XIII, regarding the issuance and terms of stored value cards which are gift certificates as defined by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 358-A:1, IV-a.
