Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 415-D:4
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
No group long-term care insurance coverage may be offered to a resident of this state under a group policy issued in another state to a group described in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 415-D:3, IV(d), unless approved by this state.
