- Mortgage: The written agreement pledging property to a creditor as collateral for a loan.
This chapter shall only apply to policies of insurance providing fire, inland marine, multi-peril, casualty and liability policies, and shall not apply to mortgage guaranty insurance, surety bonds, workers’ compensation policies regulated under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 281-A or any policies provided and controlled by N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 417-A or RSA 417-B.
