Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 509:12
- justice: when applied to a magistrate, shall mean a justice of a municipal court, or a justice of the peace having jurisdiction over the subject-matter. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:12
Writs issued by a justice of a municipal court having no clerk shall be signed by such justice, and shall be returnable at a day, hour and place named therein, and in other respects shall be substantially in the form prescribed.
