Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 512:4
- Executor: A male person named in a will to carry out the decedent
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
If a trustee dies pending the proceedings against him, his executor or administrator may be summoned in as a party, and he shall be liable as if the action had been brought against him as trustee.
