Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 517:20
- justice: when applied to a magistrate, shall mean a justice of a municipal court, or a justice of the peace having jurisdiction over the subject-matter. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:12
When by agreement of the parties depositions are taken in shorthand and thereafter transcribed, or are taken down by the use of a typewriter, the court may allow as costs the whole or any part of the expense thereof, as justice may require.
