Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 541:15
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Upon receipt of such evidence, the commission shall consider the same and may alter, modify, amend, or rescind the order or decision appealed from, and shall report its action thereon to the court within said twenty days.
