Payments of board shall be charged to the expenses of the center as if they were payments for boarding, instructing, and disciplining the child at the center, with a right of recovery against the legally liable unit in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 169-B:40 and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 621:31.
