Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 621:22
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
Notwithstanding the provisions of any other statute, whenever the department releases a child and contracts for the child’s residential care in a facility which has been approved by the department of health and human services, payment for the care shall be charged in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 169-B:40 and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 621:31.
