Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 93-B:1-a
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
All court employees shall be bonded by the state under this chapter. In addition to the losses against which employees are indemnified under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 93-B:1, all court employees shall be indemnified for any errors and omissions committed in their capacities as court employees.
