Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 17:16C-13
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
No suspension, revocation or refusal to renew any license shall impair or affect the obligation of any lawful retail installment contract or retail charge account acquired previously thereto by the licensee.
