Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 17:30D-15
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
This act shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purposes, and all laws or parts of laws of this State inconsistent with this act are hereby superseded to the extent of such inconsistency.
