Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 17:50-17
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The retaliatory laws of this State set forth in section 17:32-12 of the Revised Statutes shall be applicable to reciprocal or inter-insurance exchanges.
