Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 17:9A-39

  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.

C. Any common trust fund may consist in part of uninvested cash balances awaiting investment or held for the purpose of meeting cash requirements.
