Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 18A:18A-13
- Board: means the board of education. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:1-1
- Purchases: means transactions, for a valuable consideration, creating or acquiring an interest in goods, services and property, except real property or any interest therein. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:18A-2
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
18A:18A-13. Purchases and contracts subject to law and rules and regulations. Such purchases and all contracts pertaining thereto shall be subject to all provisions of law and the applicable rules and regulations of the State board.
