Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 18A:6-66
- Board: means the board of education. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:1-1
- District: means a school district. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:1-1
- Employment: includes employment in a position. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:1-1
- Public school: means a school, under college grade, which derives its support entirely or in part from public funds. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:1-1
Persons holding office, position or employment under a board of directors of a commission shall enjoy the same rights and benefits as are enjoyed by persons holding office, position, or employment under a public school district board of education.
