Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 18A:62-54
- Higher education: means that education which is provided by any or all of the public institutions of higher education as herein defined and any or all equivalent private institutions. See New Jersey Statutes 18A:1-1
2. A public institution of higher education is not authorized to enter into any agreement, or to permit any of its agents or student organizations to enter into any agreement, for the direct merchandising of credit cards to any students.
