Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 18A:74-21
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
8. The President shall require that projects constructed with the use of State funds under this act shall, to the extent appropriate, be accessible to and usable by persons with disabilities.
