Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 45:1-9
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
2. Any contractor licensed by the State shall indicate his license or certificate number on all contracts, subcontracts, bids, construction permits, and all forms of advertising as a contractor.
