Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 45:10-17
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
As used in this act:
“Board” means the State Board of Medical Examiners.
“Certified nurse midwife” means a certified nurse midwife registered with the board.
“Drug” means drugs, medicine and devices, as determined by the board.
