- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
2. The multistate licensure privilege granted by this State pursuant to the compact is subject to revocation or other disciplinary action as the result of any disciplinary action imposed by a nurse’s home state.
