Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 45:14B-46
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit the legal authority of the State Board of Psychological Examiners to regulate the practice of psychology in the State of New Jersey.
