Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 45:21-10
- Person: means any individual, partnership, association, corporation or joint stock company, their trustees or receivers appointed by any court. See New Jersey Statutes 45:21-1
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Nothing herein contained shall exempt any person owning or operating any such motor vehicle from complying with existing statutes relating to the ownership, registration and operation of motor vehicles in this state.
