  • person: includes corporations, companies, associations, societies, firms, partnerships and joint stock companies as well as individuals, unless restricted by the context to an individual as distinguished from a corporate entity or specifically restricted to one or some of the above enumerated synonyms and, when used to designate the owner of property which may be the subject of an offense, includes this State, the United States, any other State of the United States as defined infra and any foreign country or government lawfully owning or possessing property within this State. The rules and regulations adopted by the board pursuant to this act shall be printed and copies thereof shall be sent by the board to any person licensed under this act or under any prior law, who makes application therefor, and, upon payment of a fee of one dollar ($1.00) to any other person who makes application therefor, and shall also be open for inspection at the office of the board. Every license and renewal granted under this act shall contain a statement to the effect that the practice licensed must be conducted in accordance with the law and with the rules and regulations of the board adopted in pursuance thereto, and that a copy of such rules and regulations may be obtained upon request at the office of the board.
