Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 45:8A-2
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The State Board of Education shall make and enforce rules and regulations for the granting of such certificates for the issuance of each of which a fee of not less than $5.00 shall be charged.
