Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 45:8B-30
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
All fees, fines, penalties and other moneys derived from the operation of this act shall be paid to the board and by it remitted to the State Treasurer.
