  • person: includes corporations, companies, associations, societies, firms, partnerships and joint stock companies as well as individuals, unless restricted by the context to an individual as distinguished from a corporate entity or specifically restricted to one or some of the above enumerated synonyms and, when used to designate the owner of property which may be the subject of an offense, includes this State, the United States, any other State of the United States as defined infra and any foreign country or government lawfully owning or possessing property within this State. 23. The provisions of the uniform enforcement law, P.L.1978, c.73 (C. 45:1-14 et seq.) shall apply to this act and the director shall be deemed to have all authority granted to any board under that act. The authority of the director may be delegated to the council at the discretion of the director.

If any person practices without a valid license or holds himself out as being able to practice occupational therapy in violation of section 9 of this act, each day during which the violation continues shall constitute an additional and separate and distinct offense for the purposes of this section.
