Pursuant to Article III, I (Subsection I of Section 11-8-4 N.M. Stat. Ann.) the commission shall file a copy of its bylaws and any amendment thereto with the supreme court librarian of New Mexico. The governor shall make additional filings pursuant to section 14-3-20 N.M. Stat. Ann..
