- Transcript: A written, word-for-word record of what was said, either in a proceeding such as a trial or during some other conversation, as in a transcript of a hearing or oral deposition.
The clerk shall record the confession of judgment in his court record for such county and shall issue the transcript of judgment or execution as in other cases or as may be stipulated between the parties pursuant to Section 39-1-13 N.M. Stat. Ann..
