The Uniform Prudent Investor Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 45-7-601 to 45-7-612 applies to trusts existing on and created after its effective date. As applied to trusts existing on its effective date, the Uniform Prudent Investor Act governs only decisions or actions occurring after that date.
