The secretary of state shall charge and collect for:

- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
A. filing articles of incorporation, five dollars ($5.00); B. filing articles of amendment, three dollars ($3.00);
C. filing articles of consolidation or merger, five dollars ($5.00); D. filing articles of conversion, five dollars ($5.00);
E. filing certificate of election to dissolve, two dollars ($2.00); F. filing articles of dissolution, three dollars ($3.00); and
G. filing certificate of change of principal office, one dollar ($1.00).
