Any person violating the provisions of this act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 76-8-1 to 76-8-4 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than fifty [($50.00)] nor more than three hundred dollars [($300)], and each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
