§ 351-a. Exhibiting quotations; penalty for violation. Any person, firm, copartnership, association or corporation receiving, communicating, exhibiting or displaying in any manner any statement of quotations of prices of any such securities or commodities with an intent to make or offer to make or to assist in making or offering to make any contract prohibited in this article shall be guilty of a felony and on conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in the preceding section.
