§ 1006. Power to compel attendance of witnesses. For the purpose of exercising its powers and performing its duties hereunder and of securing such information as it may deem necessary hereunder, the authority shall have the power to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents. The power hereby conferred upon the authority may be exercised by any one or more of the trustees if he or they are authorized so to act on behalf of the authority by resolution or by law. A subpoena issued under this section shall be regulated by the civil practice law and rules.
