§ 1167. Restriction of jurisdiction. Anything contained in this chapter to the contrary notwithstanding, the authority shall have no power to purchase or otherwise acquire any source of supply, or water supply system, or any part thereof, situated wholly or partly in the county of Seneca or in the town of Skaneateles in the county of Onondaga.
