§ 1608. Other statutes not applicable. No other law providing any penalty or disability for the sale of lottery tickets or any acts done in connection with a lottery shall apply to the sale of tickets or acts performed pursuant to this article.

- Lottery: means the lottery operated by the state pursuant to this article. See N.Y. Tax Law 1602
