§ 105. Merger or consolidation of freight terminal corporations and other corporations formed for the purpose of engaging in business in which a freight terminal corporation may engage. Any two or more domestic freight terminal corporations may merge or consolidate with each other, and any such corporation may merge or consolidate with any other domestic corporation formed for the purpose of engaging in any business in which a domestic freight terminal corporation may engage, in accordance with the procedure and with the effect set forth in Article 9 of the business corporation law.
