Necessary funds for carrying out the provisions of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 106-870 and N.C. Gen. Stat. § 106-872 to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 106-875 shall be set up in the regular budget as an item entitled “forest management.” ?(2011-145, s. 13.25(o).)
