Notwithstanding the provisions of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 122C-112(a)(10), N.C. Gen. Stat. § 122C-117(a)(1), N.C. Gen. Stat. § 122C-127, and N.C. Gen. Stat. § 122C-131, other agencies of the Department, other State agencies, and other local agencies shall continue responsibility for services they provide for persons with developmental disabilities. Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 122C-123
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the said district and territories and all dependencies.
