North Carolina General Statutes 160A-82. Applicability of Part

Nothing in this Part, except N.C. Gen. Stat. § 160A-77, 160A-78 and 160A-79, shall be construed to repeal any portion of any city charter inconsistent with anything contained herein. (1971, c. 698, s. 1.)
