Any controversy arising under this Chapter shall be determined as an estate proceeding under Article 2 of Chapter 28A of the N.C. Gen. Stat., except that controversies arising under Article 8 of this Chapter shall be determined as set forth in that Chapter. ?(2011-344, s. 5.)
