Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 58-10-520
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
Notwithstanding N.C. Gen. Stat. § 58-10-510, the assets of two or more protected cells may be combined for purposes of investment and such combination shall not be construed as defeating the segregation of such assets for accounting or other purposes. (2013-116, s. 1; 2014-65, s. 17.)
