If any such corporation, association, or order at any time fails to comply with the provisions of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 58-11-20 and 58-11-25 or shall issue policies or certificates not in accord with its charter and bylaws, as provided in this Article, the Commissioner shall forthwith suspend or revoke all authority to it, and of all its agents or officers, to do business in this State, and shall publish such revocation in some newspaper published in this State.
