Each member company of the Association shall report by April 1 of each year to the Commissioner the amount of homeowners’ coverage, including separate coverage for homeowners’ wind and hail, written in the preceding calendar year by that member company in the beach area and the coastal area. The report shall include the number and type of homeowners’ policies written by the member company in each area, the total amount of homeowners’ coverage for each area, any increases and decreases in homeowners’ coverage written in each area from the prior year, and other information as prescribed by the Commissioner and in such form as approved by him. ?(2009-472, s. 1; 2022-46, s. 18.)
