- Association: means the North Carolina Association of Rescue and Emergency Medical Services, Inc. See North Carolina General Statutes 58-88-1

The Association shall manage the Rescue Squad Workers’ Relief Fund as a prudent trustee of the funds, subject to Chapter 36E of the N.C. Gen. Stat.. (2014-64, s. 1(g).)
