  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.

Within 30 days after a prepaid entertainment contract has been cancelled in accordance with N.C. Gen. Stat. § 66-121, the seller must tender to the buyer any payments made by the buyer and any note or other evidence of indebtedness. (1979, c. 833, s. 1.)
