Annually, the department shall submit to the legislative management a report that does not disclose any identifying information about registered cardholders, compassion centers, or health care providers, but contains the following information:

Terms Used In North Dakota Code 19-24.1-39

  • following: when used by way of reference to a chapter or other part of a statute means the next preceding or next following chapter or other part. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
  • Individual: means a human being. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
  • Person: means an individual, organization, government, political subdivision, or government agency or instrumentality. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
  • written: include "typewriting" and "typewritten" and "printing" and "printed" except in the case of signatures and when the words are used by way of contrast to typewriting and printing. See North Dakota Code 1-01-37

1.    The number of registry identification card applications and renewals; 2.    The number of registered qualifying patients, registered designated caregivers, and registered compassion center agents; 3.    The nature of the debilitating medical conditions of the registered qualifying patients; 4.    The number of registry identification cards revoked; 5.    The number of health care providers providing written certifications for qualifying patients; 6.    The number of compassion centers; 7.    Any expenses incurred and revenues generated by the department from the medical marijuana program; and

8.    Data for statistical purposes in a manner so that an individual person is not identifiable.
