The office of management and budget or the director, when the authority to purchase is delegated to the director, may purchase equipment, materials, supplies, or other personal    property useful to the department, from the United States government, or any of its officers, agents, agencies, or corporations, without compliance with the provisions of section 24-02-17.

Terms Used In North Dakota Code 24-03-13

  • Department: means the department of transportation of this state as provided by section 24-02-01. See North Dakota Code 24-01-01.1
  • Director: means the director of the department of transportation of this state, acting directly or through authorized agents as provided in section 24-02-01. See North Dakota Code 24-01-01.1
